Pix on the Plaza – Kubo and the Two Strings

Hillsboro’s Pix on the Plaza free outdoor movie series, sponsored by the City of Hillsboro Water Department, will conclude with a special screening of Kubo and the Two Strings, sponsored by LAIKA.

Kubo was released to critical acclaim in 2016, grossed over $70 million worldwide, and received two Oscar nominations for best animated feature and received a notable second nomination for visual effects – and…was produced by the Hillsboro-based LAIKA!

Activities and performances begin at 7 pm on the Civic Center Plaza, and movies start at dusk. The Hillsboro Water Department will provide free popcorn for the audience.

Please leave pets at home – no dogs or alcohol allowed. Bring your chairs and blankets. In the event of rain, movies will be moved indoors.
