The Lyrical Strings Duo will present a program titled “Of Foreign Lands and Peoples” and will feature music by Czech composer Leos Janacek as well as works by Prokefiev, Kreisler, Satie and Schumann. Since forming the Lyrical Strings Duo in 2009, Lucia Conrad (violin) and Stephen Osserman (guitar) have performed in a wide variety of venues ranging from churches to rock clubs, from intimate living rooms to outdoor festival stages. Their music spans the centuries and bridges the continents with original arrangements of classical music gems. For more information, go to http://lyricalstringsduo.com/.
